Ability to use technology tools for instruction, student assessment, management, reporting purposes and communication with parents/guardians of students including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, web page development, digital video, the Internet, and email.

There were several technology tools that I have now been introduced to. Some of the various technologies that I currently incorporate into the classroom include symbaloo, Twitter, Facebook, Animoto, Prezi, and Glogster. Blogger can now be used to link to my school webpage and serve as a vital line of communication.

I have also created various rubrics to grade technology assignments created by students. Student assignments will be graded using a rubric based on student achievement with technology. The most common and easiest for me to use with technology assignments are 5,4,3,2,1's. These 5,4,3,2,1's are easy for the students to remember what they must include and easy for me to grade because they all equate to 15 components in total. Each presentation must include five fact based slides, four embedded pictures based on standard assigned, three research based articles embedded, two videos that are related to standard assigned, and one works cited page per MLA format.

Listed below is the rubric used for the "Wanted Elements" project.
